Campus LAN

This is a fully functional network, available on GitHub, and modeled after the hierarchical "Campus LAN" design model. It has a stupid, ill-advised number of user endpoints and is functionally staged for an expansion that includes a 2nd core switch (this will connect to a 2nd ISP). HSRP will then be implemented to provide failover for the core switches.
